Dr. Green’s comedic eye coaching will help you:

Grounded in original research and over a decade of experience, Dr. Green’s cutting-edge style of coaching focuses on training mindsets more than skillsets. The Green Ideas approach equips leaders with a skillful way of seeing so they become empowered to move beyond “best practices" to harnessing their own brilliance and more creatively meeting the cultural challenges they are faced with.
Cultivate Your Comedic Eye
Includes one-on-one meetings (virtual or in-person), once per month, for 90 minutes, in six-month increments.
An optional Comprehensive Package includes physical fitness program design and personal training.

Cohort Learning & Mentorship
Deepen your attention with a cohort of colleagues.
Ideal for leaders who prefer to learn alongside new (or existing) colleagues in small group settings. Designed for leadership teams who desire a depth of learning together, or individual leaders who hope to learn alongside new colleagues.
Our Philosophy of Approach
Grounded in Dr. Green’s philosophy of “The Exchange,” the cohort model deepens individual and communal learning by creating ongoing feedback loops that allow leaders to show up more authentically in ways for which traditional classrooms are not designed. This approach positions learners as local experts and emphasizes the alchemy of ideas shared in seminar-style environments built around mutual trust, respect, and play.
Includes 6-week courses facilitated by Dr. Green in small group settings with provided course content, instructional design, and ongoing mentorship (check-ins) for an additional 3 months after 6-week courses have been completed.
This cohort learning and mentorship model develops leaders’ abilities to analyze and respond creatively to power dynamics in a variety of cultural or institutional settings.
